§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).

Ordering is completed in the following steps:

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices quoted don t include statutory sales tax in accordance with the small business regulation according to Section 19 UStG. Shipping costs, if any, are added.

(2) The consumer has the option of paying by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Sofort by Klarna, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). We reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for each order and to refer to the payment methods we do offer.

Credit card. You pay directly during the ordering process by entering your credit card details. Google Pay. If you choose the "Google Pay" payment method provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), payment processing will be carried out via the "Google Pay" application on your mobile device running at least Android 4.4 ("KitKat") and equipped with NFC functionality. The payment will be charged to a payment card stored with Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g., PayPal). §4 Delivery

(1) Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place within 5 working days at the latest. In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer, and for all other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded. If the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the delivery period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods sold shall pass to the buyer only upon delivery of the goods to the buyer, even in the case of a sale by dispatch.

§5 Retention of title

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
